To ensure precision and durability, the raw white clay is fired at an extremely high temperature of 2900 degrees Fahrenheit as the surface of the sink fuses with the interior. Will I have any issues connecting a disposal?
You should be able to install a disposal, however, you will need to use an extended disposal flange since the sink is 1" thick.
Will the rim of the RVL3030 support its weight in the top mount configuration?
The sinks rim will not support the weight of the sink, you will need to build a supporting frame underneath the sink. Please see the installation guide for details.
