Can I purchase a colander separately with the RVH8324 sink?

The RVA1317 and RVA1288 are both compatible with the RVH8324 sink. Additional compatible accessories will be listed on the spec sheet. https://www.ruvati.com/RVH8324-Spec-Sheet.pdf

Can drain be on right or left-hand side?

The drain on the RVH8324 is located in the center back of the sink. We do not recommend rotating the sink to have the drain on the side. Our Veniso collection of workstation sinks will feature offset drains.

Is the slope for drainage adequate meaning all the water drains out of the sink bowl? What is the......

With rectangular sinks, it is normal for small amounts of water to stay on the bottom of the sink and dry out. Most of the water will drain out due to the slope and the grooves but some will remain, and dry out. Our slope bottom sinks will have an offset drain and a 2.5% (1-inch) slope.
